About us

Dan has lived in the Willamette Valley since 1972. Dan is a Veteran of Vietnam and a wonderful first career at a Local Manufacturing Co for 33 years. Dan has a lot of experience working with a Team and looking for solutions in a Team Environment. Dan began his Real Estate Career in January of 2007. In 2008 Dan graduated from the Real Estate Institute, earning him the GRI designation. Dan’s next goal is to earn the CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member). He is a member of the Chamber of commerce and he was rookie of the Year at Coldwell Banker in 2008. Dan is also involved in volunteer activities such as the ABC House and the Lions Club. He loves to golf, fish, travel, camp, and hunt elk! As a results-oriented professional, Dan balances aggressive strategies, market knowledge, and negotiating expertise with a high level of integrity to satisfy each and every client.
