Kelley Blake is a highly skilled, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 22 years of experience in nursing. Throughout her career, she has provided compassionate care across diverse settings nationwide, while traveling alongside her husband during his U.S. Army service. With a strong foundation in primary care, Kelley has specialized in metabolic and obesity medicine, holding an advanced certificate in Obesity Medicine from the Obesity Medicine Association. She is also a Certified Bariatric Nurse (CBN), underscoring her commitment to supporting individuals in their weight management journeys.
