About us
Kelli L. Black is one of Chattanooga’s only female Criminal defense attorneys practicing in Criminal Court, Juvenile Court, and Circuit Court. She practices criminal defense, and victim advocacy, and serves as a Guardian ad Litem for children in foster care and private custody litigation. In practice for 23 years, she represents individuals throughout all stages of a criminal investigation, and court proceedings, and advocates on behalf of victims and children.
