About us
Kelly Hernandez is a certified family nurse practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2009 and her Master of Science in Nursing at Houston Baptist University in 2020. Before joining Kelsey-Seybold in September 2021, Kelly was a labor and delivery nurse and pain management nurse at medical facilities in the Houston and San Antonio areas.
