If you want service after the sale do NOT go to Kelly Infiniti. They are extremely rude after the sale. I went to turn in a leased M35 and was treated like an idiot. The first thing the manager Mark asked was are you going to buy another infiniti? when I said no the bad treatment started. Do not go to Kelly Infiniti, there are many other Infiniti dealers that know the meaning of customer service.
