Our roof and exterior cleaning solutions are comprised of proven and effective mildew-cides, algae-cides, soaps, & surfactants to clean your roof, siding and flat-work. The solutions are applied at no more than 60psi to the deck, roof or gutter surfaces and allowed about 5 minuets or enough time to kill the mold and fungus deep at its roots. After a visible differnce can be seen we give a light wash with fresh water.
