RESIDENTIAL INDEPENDENT LIVING: residences for those seeking the freedom of independent living without the burdens of home ownership. Apartments feature full kitchens, individual washer/dryers, and walk-in closets.

ASSISTED LIVING: designed for folks who can live on their own for the most part but who need some help with day-to-day activities such as dressing, bathing, medication management or other personal services. One and two bedroom apartments feature kitchenettes and walk-in closets.

REHABILITATION & HEALTH CARE: for residents who can benefit from health care during a recovery or a long-term stay. Private and semi-private rooms feature private baths and windows for an abundance of natural light.

Kennybrook Village is a new continuing care retirement community in Grimes, Iowa. The community was developed by Scenic Development and is managed by Pivotal Health Care. The principals have over seventy years of combined experience and have built and currently manage multiple senior living projects across the midwest.
