Ken's Taxi in Leominster is THE WORST TAXI COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN, the answering the phone person is RUDE as can be and SOOOOOO NOT professional, the drivers are the worse, there timing sucks I mean how in the world can you be waiting for more then 2 freaken hours for a damn stupid DIRTY CAB???? I am going to report them to the better business bureau, this company is the worse WTF, I have some conversations recorded, also thinking of giving Fox 25 news the recordings I have, RUDE AS hell!!!

Ken's Taxi in Leominster is the worst cab company on this planet. If your looking for professionalism look else where. Not to mention its manopoly tactic to buy out the company leaving us with only them to call!I had an appointment for my son at 2:47 I called at 1:30, no show and is 2:20! The dispatcher claimed I didn't tell him the town, I did he just decided to ignore it play his own guessing game! He then tells me it will take 15-20 minutes to send a new one, I then change the appointment to 4:00, guess what 3:53 no taxi!!! I call the dispatcher soo angry and the changed the dispatcher and the first one never sent someone out!! Unbelievable! Please get your license its not worth it! My son is sick and they were making it harder for me!
