She is the Founder/CEO of Freedom Empire Consulting and Co-founder of DreamSmart Behavioral Solutions, a world-class behavioral science technology firm that delivers real-time scientifically validated behavioral assessments that unleash the Behavioral SuperPowers of individuals, families, organizations, clients, and coaches. DreamSmart certifies coaches and consultants to use the multidimensional Behavioral SuperPowers Discovery platform in their lives and business. Kenyatta is an advisory board member for UPI Loan Fund. She also gives back to the community by volunteering to mentor the youth of Girls Rock! Phoenix, the women at Fresh Start Women's Foundation, and involvement in the Central Arizona Shelter Services. Kenyatta is also a Community Ambassador for the Junior League of Phoenix.
