Though it is the smallest of seeds, yet when it grows it is the largest of garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds come and perch in its branches.? (Matthew 13:32) As a counselor my goal is to help you find happiness and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. Therapy can unearth long standing behavior patters or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling life. Therapy also can teach proven techniques and skills to replace less effective and even harmful ones. Finally, with my background in spirituality, therapy can help you use and discover the deep resources of your faith ? no matter where you may be on that faith journey or orientation.
