KGH Therapy offers compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals and couples in Aventura, FL, with virtual sessions available throughout Florida and New York. Led by Kristi Halberstein, LMHC, PMHC, the practice specializes in anxiety therapy, postpartum and motherhood support, couples counseling, EMDR, and Body Code therapy. Kristi uses a holistic, personalized approach that integrates CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and trauma-informed care to help clients manage anxiety, heal past experiences, and build healthier patterns. In-person services are available in Aventura and nearby communities including North Miami Beach, Sunny Isles Beach, Hallandale Beach, Golden Beach, and Ojus. Free consultations are available.
