I never minded that the employees who work there were kind of rude, or that friends of mine who had gone there had experienced bad service [being ignored] because it had never happened to me before. Yesterday I went to go get my nails done and waited for over an hour along with four other women strangers. They had a list which we put our names into but what good did it do? Women that would walk in after us would get serviced first. The nail technitians wouldnt call out names but simply go up to a woman an ask is this you? and if they said no theyd cross out names without making sure that person wasnt there. Whenever we complained we were ignored or told to wait rudely. When I FINALLY got called [and I discovered they had my name crossed out and they didnt even call me! I had to go up to a nail tech and complain that I was next] the lady told me she didnt know how to do nail brush designs and told me to go up to another tech who was a male.
