Former Director of Nutrition of Pritikin Longevity Center & Spa in Doral Florida for more than a decade, Kimberly is an expert in her field with more than 25 years experience as a subject matter expert in over 160 publications including TV, magazines, new articles and pod casts. Kimberly believes in creating a custom plan for every client based on their individual needs, lifestyle and medical conditions.
