About us
Kimberly 'Kim' Weiss, APRN-CNP, is a women's health nurse practitioner who provides comprehensive medical care for female patients ages 13 and older. She covers all aspects of women's health, including well woman exams; preventative health; bone health; hormone replacement therapy; family planning; the prevention of and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases; and addressing any vaginal or breast health problems that her patients experience.
Kim works to provide a non-judgmental and comfortable environment for her patients, where they can continue their preventative care throughout all stages of their lives, from adolescence to menopause and beyond.
