Kim's Nails in Willoughby Hills, Willoughby Hills is THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! I have never had such an awful manicure done! The woman was unpleasant, did not speak ANY English, did a terrible job pushing my cuticles and cutting them and the nailpolish came off the next day. The entire staff was extremely rude and I have never had a worse experience in my life. I get manicures regularly and have never witnessed anything like this place. I even went back and gave them the chance to redo my nails and fix what they had done and not only was the manager extremely disrespectful to me, but she refused to do it without me paying for a whole new manicure! BEWARE do not go here if you want a quality manicure. They WILL NOT stand behind their services, will be extremely rude and will do a TERRIBLE job.
