Kind Karma® Yoga & Holistic Center provides a sacred space where everyone can practice yoga, regardless of your flexibility, experience, age, gender or body shape. Our yoga and meditation classes emphasize holistic well being; our Kind Karma® teachers embody inner grace, humor and compassion; our group gong & sounds baths specialize in relaxation, rejuvenation and restoration; and our holistic services are personally tailored for each individual of our community. Our Kind Karma® Yoga & Awaken with Meditation teacher training, classes, courses, gong baths, and events are about inspiring people to create positive karma, and cultivating self-empowerment.
