Kinder in the Keys Treatment Center, Inc, licensed by the State of Florida is dedicated to helping people live healthier lives. Said as KIND, the center specializes in trauma recovery including depression, anxiety, PTSD, eating disorder, and other mental health issues. Dr. Laura Tanzini uses a comprehensive approach to such psychological issues that includes intensive workshops, anxiety reduction through yoga and meditation practices, exercise programs, nutrition counseling, dolphin-assisted therapy, and spiritual practices. Kinder in the Keys offers a step-down system that may begin at any level of care from residential, partial hospitalization, an intensive outpatient program to outpatient services.
