We offer the same level of transparency in our pricing. Rather than setting a one-size-fits-all hourly rate, we let our clients negotiate the rate directly with the caregivers. We recognize that not all clients need the same level of senior care, and caregivers often provide discounts based on how far they have to drive, how long the shifts are, etc. By switching to Kindly, a family working with live in caregivers can save more than $20,000 per year.

Most importantly, we're always there for you. Our elder care services start with a free in-home assessment to determine your loved one's needs, lifestyle, and overall preferences. For certain medical conditions such as Alzheimer's and other types of dementia, we lend our experience in ensuring that your home is a safe and suitable environment for memory care. Last but not least, we review our caregivers' work notes on a weekly basis to ensure that they are meeting your and our expectations.
