About us
The King's Grant on the Ashley subdivision features privately owned amenities, including a 1,400 sq. ft. clubhouse, pool, tennis courts & a 35 acre park. These amenities are for the enjoyment of the members of the King’s Grant Homeowners Association. The Clubhouse and Park Pavilion can be rented by both members and non-members of the HOA. Pool membership is also available for purchase by non-residents.
