KINGS FIELD FENCE in Miami is UNLICENSED!! The only good thing about hiring an UNLICENSED contractor, like this one, is that you don t have to pay them!! That s right, under Florida Law, it is illegal for a contractor to do work without the proper license and if he doesn t have it, you re under no obligation to pay him. He can t collect!! So, if you hire this BANDIT , keep your money.
Zero Stars!! Run!! If you want to be fined by the city and pay twice the cost of a new permit, hire this fake fence guy. This guy has no license and no insurance. Check him out in the local county by doing a contractor search. They have NO LICENSE. I can t understand how they can continue advertising and the authorities do nothing.
