About us
Dr. Kirby Scott is a Board-certified Otolaryngologist at Central ENT Consultants, a division of The Centers for Advanced ENT Care, in Hagerstown and Frederick, Maryland. His specialties include: Otolaryngology, Ear, Nose and Throat, Allergy and Immunology.
He graduated at the US Naval Academy, the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Masters of Public Administration at Troy University, and a Master of Arts at the US Naval War College. In addition, he completed his residency at UC Davis, East Bay Program, and Naval Medical Center.
He is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy.
