About us
I am a licensed mental health therapist in Idaho and a US Military veteran with over 30 years of experience and a PhD in psychology. I work with clients who experience a wide range of symptoms and concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, and ADHD. I have also worked with many people who have experienced trauma and emotional abuse.
My therapy style is person-centered and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I work with clients dealing with a broad range of issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship problems, parenting challenges, career concerns, OCD, and ADHD.
