Kittanning Health and Rehab Center is a 120 bed, single floor, skilled nursing and rehab community. Conveniently located off of Route 422, you will find the spacious facility grounds with two outdoor covered courtyards where you can enjoy the beautiful flower spaces. Kittanning’s 24-hour skilled nursing care service provides: cardiac care, congestive heart failure care, IV therapy, pain management, post-surgical care, pulmonary care, stroke/neurological care and wound care management.
