At Klezmer Maudlin, PC, we have one focus: Helping people get their lives back after a workplace injury. We have spent more than 20 years building a law practice devoted to injured workers, and our compassionate and skilled attorneys have handled more than 30,000 workers’ compensation claims throughout Indiana. In fact, we wrote the book on Indiana workers’ compensation — literally. Our attorneys were selected by Thomson West to write the Indiana Workers’ Compensation Law and Practice Manual, which serves as a resource for other attorneys across the state who practice in this area of law.

We understand the heavy burden a workplace injury can place on a person and his or her family. Adding hospital stays, follow-up doctor visits and a pile of medical bills on top of regular household duties and expenses, especially when you are unable to work, can be overwhelming.
