Knights Inn in Seekonk, MA is trying, but it is not there yet.

Although the bedspreads, drapes, shower curtain and artwork are nice, and the pedestal sink in the bathroom is cute; the overall quality of the room in which we stayed was underwhelming. There was a stale old smell, the carpet is old and dark. The drapery rod was bent and hanging down, visible when entering the door, so we wondered why it has not been fixed. The drapes also hang down over the controls of the air unit since the rod is bent, and don't quite fit the width of the window, leaving a gap of uncovered window at the edge! The bathroom door sticks really bad, and the wifi did not work. When called, the front desk reset the router and gave us a USB hardwire cord which we still had to use. The plug and jacks were located near the table/desk so this was easily accessed. There was no coffee maker in the room, but there was a microwave and mini fridge, and very good coffee was provided in the cute bookshelf-lined...
