Had used their services in the past. Was very disappointed with the level of service this past time I had my rugs cleaned. Rugs were not cleaned thoroughly and came back very dusty. Tried to have them recleaned or redusted and was told that was all they could do for me. They are not the same company as they used to be. They just lost a valuable client!
