Our therapeutic work together focuses on your needs through our emotional and relational exchange and attunement. Alongside you, we strive to cultivate deeper understanding of your inner working, how different parts of you (and we) interconnect, and the ways in which these shape ourselves and others. We help you build more authentic relationships with yourself and the surrounding world, with your life goals and greater sense of fulfillment.
