About us

Kootenai Prosthetics and Orthotics has been serving patients in the Inland Northwest for 40 Years.

We work as a team with you the patient, your family, the physician, physical therapist and rehabilitation specialist to deliver appropriate, timely prosthetic and orthotic care.

At Kootenai Prosthetics & Orthotics, you will be treated with respect and consideration. Your individual needs and hopes take the forefront in your treatment plan. Your anxieties and fears will be addressed thoughtfully and compassionately. We trust your judgment and knowledge of your own body, and we will make sure you understand instructions, procedure and anticipated outcomes.

KPO’s in-house fabrication lab enables us to custom design and fabricate all of our prescribed devices. Because our practitioners and technicians work together daily, we are able to control the quality of each product, design custom devices and make timely adjustments or repairs to your prosthetic or orthotic device when necessary.

In order to give our patients the highest quality care, KPO practitioners and technicians stay abreast of new practices and design solutions through continuing education and specialized training. Kootenai Prosthetics is located in Post Falls with satellite offices in Ponderay and Moscow Idaho . Our clinics offer convenient locations and we provide inpatient services at area hospitals and nursing homes.
