KORT Jeffersonville Physical Therapy is a 2,100 square foot outpatient orthopedic facility. We're conveniently located at 1725 E. 10th St. (Hwy 62), approximately 2 miles northeast of I-65 (Exit 1), in Jeffersonville, IN. We specialize in the treatment of general orthopedic, spinal, neurological, and sports related conditions and offer a variety of services including: Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE), EMG study/NCV test, vestibular rehab, fibromyalgia, anodyne, and work hardening/work conditioning. We use the latest in evidence-based manual therapy techniques to help you quickly get back to normal activities. We provide a friendly environment, focused on getting you back to the activity level you wish to attain as quickly as possible.
