KORT Preston is a 3,500 square foot outpatient orthopedic clinic located in the heart of Okolona at the intersection of Preston Highway and Outer Loop. We specialize in sports medicine, industrial rehab, functional capacity evaluations (FCE's), orthotics, work and sports conditioning and electromyography. Our team of physical therapists has over 25 years of combined experience. We are a certified provider of post-offer employment tests (POET) and ASTYM (augmented soft tissue massage). In addition, we are one of the few clinics in Louisville Metro with a Biodex machine for Isokinetic testing. First impressions are lasting impressions!
