Staff and parking attendants are super friendly. A few maintenance issues came up but they have an on-line request system and a full time maintenance staff that quickly got things corrected. The apartments are clean and well maintained. thank you!

The management could not be kinder or more attentive. The building has a great feel, and the modern design is unique among the other apartments in the area. We have enjoyed living here for almost three years.

I looked at a lot of apartments before finding Kozi Corporate Housing. The location is great it s right on the bus line and convenient to stores and my work. Location couldn't be better.

We love it. I have the master bedroom and the two closets provide a ton of space. The walls must also have some kind of super-insulation in them because I have never heard either of my neighbors. Safe, Clean, Quiet, Well managed...

I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to avoid hotels and live just like home but away from home. The quality definitely exceeded our expectations and it was very clean.

The location could not be better and the stylish furnishing satisfied all my need and it was convenient to have a well-equipped kitchen and we made good use of the clothes washer and drying rack. The decor is charming and the ambiance relaxing. We'll be back for sure!

The apartment was excellent! The kitchen was well equipped and everything was very clean. If the apartment is available this year in July we will go back.
