The Kreative Kids team believes in a three-pronged style of creating a positive child care environment. First, the children must feel secure and engaged in order to grow and build confidence. Second, the children’s parents must feel connected to their child’s daily experience, by trusting their children’s safety and comfort and receiving frequent updates on their progress. Finally, the teaching staff must be supported and equipped with the tools necessary to create an effective and engaging learning environment.
