Krista E Jenkins, PA-C

Krista Jenkins, PA, is a certified physician assistant who sees patients of all ages, including newborns, teens and adults. She provides preventative care, such as annual wellness exams, well-woman visits, pediatric physicals, vaccinations and manages acute and chronic illnesses. She treats a wide variety of conditions, including diabetes, depression and anxiety, high blood pressure, contraception and family planning, joint pain and skin disorders.

Krista chose to specialize in family medicine because she enjoys spending extra time getting to know her patients and establishing relationships. She feels that allowing patients to have the opportunity to ask questions and be involved in the decision-making process regarding their care is essential to ensuring the best possible health outcomes. Krista’s commitment to listening to her patients' concerns and needs enables her to provide top-quality care.

Raised in Washington, Missouri, Krista currently lives in Illinois. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends, watching Cardinals baseball and seeing shows at the Fabulous Fox Theater.

Krista earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois.
