About us
Kristen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in both clinical and school settings. She specializes in providing individual, family, and group therapy to neuroatypical clients.
Her therapeutic approach focuses on strengths building, providing psycho-education, social skill development, mindfulness practices, and exploring coping patterns.
Kristen utilizes CBT, play therapy, bibliotherapy, and journaling to assist clients with overcoming emotional distress, trauma, and other mental health challenges.
Kristen’s passion is working with clients ages 5 - adult with autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, depression, anger management concerns, trauma, ADHD, and familial challenges. She is currently accepting new clients.
