About us
Kristin Jennings, FNP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in cardiovascular disease who sees patients 18 years and older. She provides care for patients with various cardiovascular conditions, including high blood pressure, congestive heart failure, coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, high cholesterol and arrhythmias. Additionally, she provides preoperative cardiology testing, including performing transthoracic echocardiograms, and post-surgical follow-up.
