Kristin Jones Coaching empowers women to ditch dieting and build a healthy relationship with food. Kristin Jones, certified life coach, understands the science behind emotional eating and she'll help you uncover the "why" behind your eating.
Coaching Programs include:
1:1 Coaching: Work with Kristin to create a plan for YOU. She'll guide you in developing coping mechanisms for emotional triggers and build sustainable healthy habits.
"Stop Dieting/Start Feeling" Online Course: This self-paced course provides the knowledge and tools needed to manage emotional eating, develop mindful eating practices, and discover strategies for managing stress and cravings.
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT): This intensive program focuses on reprogramming the subconscious mind and changing existing limiting beliefs through hypnosis. Achieve lasting transformation and break free from negative thought patterns.
