I have received my Bachelors of Science in Dietetics from Bradley University. Following my undergraduate studies, I was equipped with a strong and thorough educational background that prepared me to complete my 11-month Dietetic Internship program with Bradley University. Due to my educational and work experiences, I have worked with an array of health issues related to nutrition. My philosophy about health and wellness includes the non-diet approach and a healthy relationship with food. I believe there are various ways a person can reach his/her health goals.

In my spare time, I enjoy running, reading, cooking, trying new restaurants with diverse quinines, and playing outside with my pup named Archie. I prefer to run outside when the weather allows, but I like to try a new workout class from time to time. Balance is key to living a healthy, happy life.
