About us
Kuba Cafe opened in June 2017 and began serving on the streets of Jersey City. Since then, Chef Porraspita has been passionately serving his Abuela's authentic Cuban recipes to hungry patrons all over New Jersey through festivals and private bookings. For Chef Porraspita, becoming a food truck owner has been over ten years in the making. He and his talented wife, Rachel Porraspita are excited to partner together in bringing this dream to life with the support of ALL of you.
