When you sit down to begin your meal, you might want to start
off with huaraches as an appetizer. This is a long, homemade corn tortilla
topped with beans, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and your choice of meat
(chicken, steak, sausage, salted beef, spicy pork or carnitas). You can’t pass
up the fresh guacamole, though, or the maduros (fried sweet plantains). Don’t
