La Dolce Pastry Shoppe II in Prince's Bay, Staten Island is the worst bakery I've ever been to. I've been going to this place for 3 years to buy bread, cakes and cookies. This past sunday was my son's Baptism, I ordered a cannoli cake from them on the first of July to be picked up on the 11th. The order was NEVER placed, so I had no cake. Never was there a so called manager or boss to speak to,the very young girl behind the counter told me to go to the Rossville store and get your cake from there. I do not drive so going halfway across Staten Island was out of the question. That same girl called the Rossville store and their final solution was a refund and a box of cookies. NO CAKE, just a box of cookies. I was so embarrassed.I never got a cake for my son's Baptism party.I want everone to know how bad they treat the customer. I will never ever go back to this awful place again. Thanks for ruining my son's party!
