I am pleased to tell you I am experienced in helping patients to have the desire to look at and learn to be motivated to work on personal hurts, habits, hangups and more serious disorders including all diagnostic categories in the DSM-IV from ages 8-elderly. I am very dedicated to my patient's recovery and provide cognitive behavioral therapy with a holistic approach including weight management, exercise, deep breathing skills, healthy living, other support systems, 12 step addiction recovery and if requested, Christian counseling/faith-based therapy to produce rapid healing.
I specialized in neuropsychology and provide neuropsychological batteries for children, adults and the elderly for congenital, developmental, cognitive disorders, ADHD, dementia, stroke or memory disorders.
Special factors unique to me include my ability to make people comfortable with themselves and see this as a journey to making their lives manageable by providing skills to turn weaknesses into strengths and become the person they want to be.
