About us
For Lael's International Auto Service Center owner Lael Leone, fixing things with his hands runs in his blood. His mother, Lorna, was one of a handful of licensed female home improvement contractors in their hometown of Prince George’s County, Maryland. Growing up in humble beginnings with two sisters, Lael had to learn how to fend for himself early. Lorna taught him how to be self–sufficient and make an honest living. By age 9 he was painting houses with his mom, and by age 10 he was already working on cars at a local gas station. It was at this gas station that he learned how to fix cars, delegate tasks, and foster good customer relations.
