The firm is headquartered in Theresa, NY where Aziel LaFave founded the practice in 1946. Our dedicated professional and technical staff includes three Professional Land Surveyors, Party Chiefs, Survey Technicians, and Office Support Personnel. LaFave, White & McGivern's continuing goal in order to meet the complex challenges in the ever changing economy is to provide responsive high quality professional services on schedule at a fair fee.
