Lance enjoys being an active member of the Charleston community, supporting many local and national organizations. He is an advocate for the Jimmy V Cancer Foundation and a supporter of the Edward Mengel Memorial Jimmy V Golf Tournament, started by his father. Lance serves on the executive board as treasurer of The Palmetto Society, a young professionals group that works closely with Down Syndrome Association of the Low Country, Camp Rise Above, and Toys for Tots.
