Professional and fast service. I had a plumbing issue late in the afternoon, and when I called their office about my concern, someone came in was on top of it right away. Not to mention that he was such a pleasant person to talk to, and he knows how to act accordingly. 5/5 stars!

We are in need of a real property management company that can manage multiple units around the Brooklyn area. This company is a great find- so professional and knowledgeable. We're pleased with their cost consciousness, the detailed reports they provide monthly, and how they handle tenant matters - including placements of new tenants, who had all been wonderful. I would highly recommend this company.

As first time in the rental business, I had no idea what dealing with tenants meant. I asked around for recommendations, and thankfully I was referred to Kasheem and his team at the Landlord Management.
They are exactly what I needed to go forward. They are very knowledgeable and responds to emails and concerns in a timely manner. Also very honest and really cares about the existing tenants.
I would say, it's been money well spent, and I look forward to working with them in the years to come!

I have had such a positive experience with Kasheem and his team. The care and supervision they are rendering to me for both my property and my renters are nothing but pure efficiency and professionalism.
They are transparent, quick, detail-oriented, and client-focused. I would say, this has been one of the best experiences I have had as a lessor.
Another thing that I like the most about this team, is the way how they took the time to get to know each of the tenants and ensure their complete satisfaction. For me, that is the most important thing a property manager must do, and they did not disappoint me on that.
Great value for hard-earned money!
