Great service. I had an issue with my A/C. My HVAC contractor showed up right on time. My A/C was diagnosed with a bad motor, and it was replaced. The contractors were professional, friendly and provided the resolution needed. Landmark promptly followed up with a service call. All is well, and I am happy. I made another call to arrange a pre-season tuneup on the same day. That is considered a separate inquiry or claim and will require another $60. I understand, and I look forward to seeing them return for the tuneup. Good job Landmark

Alex from Danny's Repair took great care of my repair. Everything appears to be working now. He even called me last night just to make sure that the dishwasher was working properly before he submitted his report to Landmark. I have never heard of a repairman going this far to make sure someone was happy. Danny's Appliance Repair & Air Conditioning would be my first call even if I didn't have a home warranty after the service that I received. Landmark should have them at the top of their list for repairs in Houston.

Jeff at Landmark Home Warranty was extremely helpful and great to talk with! Vanderdoes Home Services came the next morning to fix the fridge...which was so helpful to my fridge contents in coolers! He fixed it right away with a part he had. I could not have been happier!
