at about 1:30 am one morning I found my laptop screen cracked. I was almost in tears.... I didn't have time for messing around with this. My hubby is a computer guru so he said to find one on the internet and he could replace it. I called HP and was on hold for 20 min. They quoted me $350.00. Hubby suggested I look on e-bay and I did and found laptop geniuses had a brand new screen for my model laptop for only $89.00. I am very cautious about buying things sight unseen, so I waited until their office was open and confirmed that yes it was for my model laptop and I needed it ASAP as I am in Grad school. They were very helpful and professional. 4 days later I received my new screen and my hubby installed it in less than an hour. I am so thankful that I did not have to spend the kind of money HP wanted. Thanks so much!!!!
