Lara Haynes, Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), is a provider with the Traumatic Brain Injury team at the University of Utah in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Haynes graduated with honors from the University of Utah with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice in May, 2017.
