Larkin Creek Luxury Apartments in Greece is HORRIBLE! Graded F!!

Horrible place and Horrible management!

They never give you anything that they promise you when you first look at the place or sign your lease. They never complete any tasks in a timely manner and they dont care for any of their residents...they only care for the money that is coming in. Unless you just need a storage place this is NOT the place for anyone....especially if you intend to live here for more than 1 year.

AND BE AWARE!! they have a clause on their lease that even if they do not fulfill their duties that is NOT a means of voiding the contract UNLESS they void it themselves.... such a rip off!

And if you complain than you are on their bad side, then good luck in getting ANYTHING fixed!

Parking is ridiculous! You can not find parking anywhere near your apartment unless you get home around 3-4 after that good luck in getting parking... they should have atleast had one parking spot marked for each apt...
