About us

I am the owner of The Financial Exchange, a home-based financial management services business serving mainly the Hampton Roads, Virginia area an extends on a National scale for preparation of income tax returns, life and disability income insurances, and fixed Indexed annuities. I am a retired Air Force Senior Noncommissioned Officer and spent most of my military career as a manpower management engineering technician. Upon retirement from the Air Force, I entered the workforce as a Registered Representative of First Command Financial Services (formerly USPA & IRA) where I got my start in the financial management services business in 1985. My mission statement is to enable the general public to overcome the pitfalls to financial success by providing financial information and the tools necessary in achieving their financial objectives. My passion is best seen in my quest to provide the best customer service within my God-given abilities. To me, customer service is the lifeblood of any sales organization. Everything flows from and is nourished by it. Customer service is not a department but an attitude!
